fresh meat
the whirlwind continues, one wedding down and one to go. i had a great time at the mini-family reunion/vow exchange on sunday. it was good to see relatives i haven't seen for a long time, some up to 13 years or so! other than the one minor sit-com-ish episode where my cousin ponied up 5 bucks for any guy to fill the empty seat beside me and the father of the bride announced it to the entire reception that "brittney" was looking for fresh meat, and hey, you get 5 bucks!... other than that, it was good times, good times.
and now we're on to wedding #2 this weekend, except not a familial member in the blood sense. i've been nominated to be the day-of coordinator, which means i get to make all decisions so the bride doesn't have to. ah, power! mwah-hah-hah

as of today, we're into the single digits on the countdown to j-land. my dances of joy in the hallways at work are appreciated by only a few.
