nightly praxis
i wash toe to head.
i dry head to toe.
i sometimes read in the shower.
i always brush in the shower.
i go to sleep on my left.
i wake up on my stomach.
i often lay on the floor with the vague notion of doing sit-ups.
consequently, i usually remind myself that i need to vacuum.
